&#9;<li>Maintain SAP program settings, including substitution rules, material mapping, inventory movements, replenishment, and allocation controls.
&#9;<li>Monitor work from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and escalated when needed.
&#9;<li>Work with teams including Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, Buyers, Distribution Centers, SAP/MDM, Customer Care, and Sales to resolve issues and support customer needs.
&#9;<li>Use SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools to review program performance and identify trends.
&#9;<li>Track and report key performance metrics such as substitution rates, replenishment timelines, inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and overall operational performance.
&#9;<li>Participate in team meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
&#9;<li>Support customer escalations by documenting issues, following up, and tracking resolutions.
&#9;<li>Provide backup support for Fair Share allocation operations, including occasional coverage until 7:30 PM CST at least twice per month.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Required

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years of experience working in a licensed childcare or early childhood education center

Position Overview

<br>This position supports customer satisfaction, account integrity, and on-time delivery by working closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities

&#9;<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and chat.

&#9;<li>Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely execution.

Minimum Qualifications
