&bull; Supervise and develop a team of 5â6 accounting professionals<br>
&bull; Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting<br>
&bull; Maintain and strengthen internal controls<br>
&bull; Identify and implement process improvements<br>

<br>CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals for an opportunity with a leading organization in Dallas. These roles will support high-impact legal teams handling complex litigation, including mass tort and personal injury cases. The ideal candidates bring strong trial preparation experience and can manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while directly supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.<br> 

<br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>
&bull; Partner closely with attorneys to support cases from early stages through trial<br>
&bull; Prepare and organize trial materials including exhibits, binders, and case documentation for court proceedings<br>
&bull; Coordinate experts, witnesses, and scheduling logistics for hearings, depositions, and trial<br>
&bull; Draft legal documents including correspondence, motions, and discovery materials<br>
&bull; Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate litigation calendars across multiple cases (4â5 active cases typical)<br>
&bull; Utilize platforms such as Pacer, Westlaw, Litify, Needles, or similar case management systems<br>
&bull; Support trial execution with real-time assistance, document prep, and exhibit management<br>
&bull; Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategy<br>
&bull; Handle document management including scanning, e-filing, and PDF preparation<br>
&bull; Collaborate with legal teams across specialized practice areas including mass torts (Roundup, Talc, IVC, Asbestos, Sexual Assault)<br> 

<br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>
&bull; 5+years of litigation paralegal experience with strong trial preparation background<br>
&bull; Personal injury or mass tort experience required (mass tort highly preferred)<br>
&bull; Experience supporting complex cases such as Roundup, Talc, IVC, Asbestos, or Sexual Assault matters strongly desired<br>
&bull; Proven ability to manage multiple cases and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment<br>
&bull; Strong knowledge of legal documentation, court procedures, and trial processes<br>
&bull; Experience with case management systems (Needles, Litify, Pacer, Clio, or similar)<br>
