&#9;<br>Build strong working relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to deliver timely and accurate compensation guidance.<br>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>3+ years of compensation experience.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong working knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and internal equity analysis.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br> 
&#9;
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Compensation experience within a <strong>hospital, healthcare system, or medical environment</strong>.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job architecture, and market pricing.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Experience using compensation surveys such as <strong>Mercer, Culpepper, Radford, Willis Towers Watson</strong>, or healthcare-specific surveys.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Advanced Excel skills, including <strong>market pricing, modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP</strong>.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) â Preferred, not required.</strong><br>
