Litigation Paralegal
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Pay & Schedule
  • $34.00–$38.00 per hour
  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced legal team handling matters related to foreclosure, default servicing, creditor rights, title issues, and real estate finance. This role requires someone who can independently manage litigation files, maintain compliance with court procedures, and help drive cases from filing through resolution.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee a high-volume caseload involving mortgage banking, foreclosure, consumer finance, and creditor rights litigation
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, complaints, disclosures, and discovery materials with limited attorney review
  • Track litigation timelines, court deadlines, hearings, and filings across state and federal jurisdictions
  • Examine loan files, title records, and related documentation to support legal strategy and ensure procedural compliance
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, and outside vendors to keep cases moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Previous experience in foreclosure, default servicing, real estate litigation, or creditor rights is highly preferred
  • Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare litigation documents independently
  • Knowledge of state and federal court procedures, e-filing systems, and litigation workflows
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Technology & Software
Experience with the following is preferred:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Legal case management software
  • State and federal electronic filing platforms
  • LPS, Legal Tracker, TEMPO, VendorScape, or comparable legal systems
