What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
• Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
• Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience
What We’re Looking For
Relevant backgrounds may include: CPT, PBT, RPT, NCPT, or Phlebotomist.
• 3+ years of current phlebotomy experience or 1+ year of phlebotomy course instructor experience
• Active PBT (ASCP), RPT (AMT), CPT (NHA), and/or NCPT (NCCT) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
• Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening

• $85–$90 per instructional session, based on experience and certifications
