Allison began her recruiting career with CornerStone in 1997 and progressed to the role of Operations Manager, where she managed several successful clerical staffing offices. She then advanced to her most current role as Director of Direct Hire. Allison's success can be attributed to her ability to understand the dynamics of each organization she services.
